User’s Google Data. If you use the MailTo Module, we may collect data from your Google’s user account for the following usage:

  • User’s profile: avatar and users first and last name.
This data is loaded after authentication is complete and refreshed every time we open change preference page on our application.
The usage is only for preview and nothing of it is stored in our database.
  • User’s email:
We are using this information for preview in change preference page.
This data is stored in our database. This data is needed when we create appointment in Augure application.
The email is then packed in participants as an email, so that calendar service can identify participant as organizer of the appointment. The email is removed from database when user is logged out of the google account.
  • List of user’s Google Calendars
This list is loaded so that user can specify which calendar will receive publication for creation, modification and deletion of calendar events. The calendar names are used just for preview on our change preference page and the only data that is stored in our database is calendar id.
we can publish creation of calendar event in specified calendar when we create appointment in our Augure application. We also publish modification and deletion of Augure appointment to corresponding event in specified calendar. The only data that is stored in our database is event id. This id is removed if we delete our appointment or if the user is no longer a participant in Augure appointment.
  • List of user’s Google Tasks
Load the list of user’s task lists, so that user can specify which task list will receive publication for creation, modification and deletion of tasks.
The task list names are used just for preview in our change preference page and only data that is stored in our database is task list id.
The reason we didn’t used restrictive scope is because we need to publish creation, modification and deletion of tasks to specified task list. When we create task on our Augure application, then corresponding task will be created on specified list. Same will be done for modification and deletion of task in Augure application.
The only data that is stored from google task is the task id. This id is deleted after we delete Augure task.
